Curriculum Alignment: I am Aligned!

Constructive alignment is the fancy term we use to describe the connection between learning activities, assessment, and the learning outcomes that we expect students to meet. All of these things need to align with each other. However, awareness of this alignment can be lost in the day-to-day practice of teaching. This song is an inspirational reminder that you need to connect what students do in class (and the accompanying assessments) with the learning outcomes for the course, for their overall program, and with the institutional aspirations for graduates.
